Willie's Pub in Columbia, MO refused to serve my husband because he had on biker clothes – is this legal?

The young man at the door told us they would not seat us because my husband's shirt was "cut off". The shirt was brand new from Harley Davidson, the sleeves were finished hemmed, no holes and not dirty. I observed the young man he was in fact Crimped and asked us to leave and told us they serve. Almost everyone had a young man in the pub on a t-shirt and jeans, this is not a dress "in service "restaurant. Only diffence was told his" Harley Davidson ". For the record, we did not drink.
